Three Rows Twice
A feed pages with ORDER BY created_at DESC LIMIT 3 OFFSET ?. The table holds these rows.

The client fetches page 1 with OFFSET 0 and receives p9, p8, p7. While the user reads, two posts arrive: p10 at 10:10 and p11 at 10:11. The client then fetches page 2 with OFFSET 3. What comes back?
