A capture of a connection to port 443 contains this segment. Only the TCP portion is shown, with byte offsets on the left.

Which reading of this segment is correct?

A

Byte 13 is 0x12, which sets URG and PSH.

B

Header is 32 bytes, so 12 bytes are options; flags are SYN and ACK; the peer is advertising 64240 bytes right now.

C

Header is 8 bytes and carries no options, so everything from offset 0x08 onward is payload.

D

The window scale option carries a shift of 7, so the real advertised window is 64240×128=822272064240 \times 128 = 8222720 bytes.
