Same Reno sender, same moment: cwnd is 66 segments and 66 segments are in flight. This time the loss is not signalled by duplicate ACKs. The entire window is lost, no duplicate ACKs come back, and the retransmission timer expires.
RFC 5681 sets ssthresh to 33 segments and cwnd to the loss window of 1 segment. Counting a round trip as one full window sent and acknowledged, after how many round trips is cwnd back at or above the new ssthresh of 33?
