Membership Needs A Hash

data = [1, [2, 3], "x"]
print([2, 3] in data)

lookup = {1, 2, 3}
print([2, 3] in lookup)

What does running this print, in order?

True, then True, since both containers just compare elements with ==

True, then a TypeError

True, then False

A TypeError on the first line, since [2, 3] can never equal an element of data
