Opting Out of Auto-Binding

class Temperature:
    def __init__(self, celsius):
        self.celsius = celsius

    @staticmethod
    def is_freezing(celsius):
        return celsius <= 0

    @classmethod
    def from_fahrenheit(cls, f):
        return cls((f - 32) * 5 / 9)

t = Temperature.from_fahrenheit(32)
print(round(t.celsius, 1))
print(Temperature.is_freezing(t.celsius))

What is printed?

A

32.0, then True

B

0.0, then True

C

0.0, then a TypeError, because is_freezing needs an instance to bind to

D

A TypeError on the first line, because from_fahrenheit needs an instance to call it on
