An old electronic safe opens with a three-digit passcode. You know four things about it:

1. The code isn't an odd number.
2. The digit '6' is not part of the code.
3. One of the digits appears more than once in the code.
4. The code does not start with '0'.

How many three-digit codes satisfy all four?
