WhiteBox provides a platform for technical interview preparation, including:

• Implementation and system design problems
• Code execution and submission evaluation
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Community features and leaderboards
• Premium features for subscribers

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person—multiple accounts may be terminated

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis—contact support
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or publicly post problem content or solutions outside the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Attempt to circumvent access restrictions or security measures
• Share account credentials or access with others
• Engage in cheating, including using unauthorized assistance during timed sessions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

• All problems, solutions, and platform content are owned by WhiteBox or our licensors
• You retain ownership of code you write, but grant us a license to use it for Service operation
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• User contributions (problems, feedback) may be used to improve the Service

7. User Contributions

If you contribute problems or content:

• You represent that you have the right to share such content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content
• You agree not to submit content that infringes others' rights

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to premium features ends immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that practice will result in job offers
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content
• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or updates

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhiteBox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
